Dustin has been around the car business all of his life with a father who has been very successful, influential and respected in the business for over 30 years. This experience has given Dustin the opportunity to meet numerous people and build relationships along the way that would eventually pave the way for Dustin to enter the business himself. Dustin served in the military also and immediately after returning home went back into the car business and has enjoyed every minute of it. Dustin feels like hard work and a positive attitude are the real key to success.

Will spent 3 years as purchasing agent for Landmark Ford in Springfield traveling several days a week purchasing up to 500 vehicles per year, then spent 9 years at Landmark managing 1.5 million in inventory while directly overseeing 8 salesmen selling 85 to 95 pre-owned vehicles per month, managed the detail shop with 8 detailing professionals and assisted with new car sales. Will's responsibilities also included hiring top performers and coaching through daily training programs that motivate, educate and inspire the staff to close top sales.

Kevin has been in the car business for 22 years. He started at Sam Lemans as a salesperson and worked his way up to sales manager. Kevin held the position of sales manager for the Obrien Automotive team then spent several years as general manager of Advantage Auto Sales, a chain of buy here, pay here stores. For the last four years, Kevin has been a wholesale buyer for several dealers.

Mary Ann started with us March 18, 1986 when we had our first sale at Decatur Auto Auction and remained with us for the duration of the time we owned the auction. She and her daughter then went on to own a Mrs Fields cookie franchise. After selling the cookie shop she went back into the car business working for Bob Brady Dodge for 3 1/2 years where she was employed when we contacted her to come back to work for us at Polen's Buybid Auto Exchange. Mary Ann loves a challenge and has always enjoyed the car business.
